Manufacturer warranties provide essential protection for Austin homeowners, but the details matter significantly in a hail-prone market. RISE Roofing Austin installs products backed by manufacturer warranties that cover manufacturing defects within each warranty's stated limits; hail and storm damage is generally an insurance claim, not a warranty claim. As a certified installer for Owens Corning, DECRA, and Tilcor, we pair the manufacturer's material warranty with our own 10-year workmanship warranty on roof replacements — a critical distinction when your roof faces 6-8 hailstorms annually.
